What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets?

We are cat and dog friendly. Breed restrictions for dogs include: Chow-Chow, Rottweiler, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, and American Bulldog. We also allow most other domestic pets. Exotic pets are not allowed.

How many pets may I have?

You may have up to two pets.

Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?

One time pet fee is $300 per pet and $15 per month for pet rent per pet.

What must I bring with me to tour an apartment?

We ask that you bring a valid photo ID to tour.

What are your fees and monthly charges?

In addition to rent residents are responsible for all utilities. This includes electric, water, sewer and trash as well as any cable and Internet service.

What are the income and credit qualifications?

We have an income minimum of at least 2.5x the rent in gross income.

What is acceptable “proof of income” to sign a lease?

A copy of your two most recent pay stubs or a copy of your W2's or most recent tax return.

What happens if I qualify for an apartment, but my roommate does not?

If the roommate does not qualify they cannot be a resident.

Is my security deposit totally refundable?

The deposit is refundable at the end of the lease. It is refunded in full as long as there are no cleaning, damage or utility charges outstanding after move out.

If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?

Yes. We ask for a 60 day written notice with breaking the lease and a termination fee equal to two months' rent.

Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?

Yes. We allow residents to roll over to Month to Month once they've completed their first lease term.

What utilities are included in my lease?

None.

How long is the term of the lease?

We offer anywhere from 7-13 month lease term options.

Do you accept leases for short terms?

Yes. Our shortest term is 6 months.

Am I required to have renter’s insurance?

Yes. At least $100,000 in personal liability coverage.

Do you offer furnished apartments?

No.

Do you offer corporate apartments?

We offer corporate leases.

If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?

Residents can either place service requests over the phone or by email with the office or place them through our resident portal.

When is my rent payment due?

Rent is due on the 1st of each month.

What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?

The final day rent can be paid without charge is the 3rd. A late fee is assessed as of the 4th of each month.

Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?

We cannot accept an electronic payment from a bank directly into the account, however residents have the option of setting up a direct debit payment or single payment from their accounts.

Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?

Yes. We offer rent payment options through our resident portal. We do not offer a drop box.

There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?

Anyone who resides in the apartment more than 2 weeks is considered a resident and must be screened and added to the lease.

Do you have reserved parking?

No.

I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?

We have open parking onsite. A motorcycle can be parked in any available spot.

Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?

We do allow a satellite dish as long as it is not placed in common grounds and is free standing.

Do you have cable services?

Yes, we offer cable through Brighthouse.

Does the property have a fitness center?

Yes, we offer a 24 hour cardio and weight room at the clubhouse.

Does the property have a swimming pool?

Yes.

Does the property offer on-site recycling?

Yes.

Are gas grills permitted at your property?

No, however we do have several charcoal grills for residents use.

Is there any additional storage space available at your property?

All of our floor plans offer a storage closet.

Are residents permitted to paint their apartment?

Yes.

Will you accept my delivery packages for me?

Yes.

Do you have a list of Preferred Employers?

Yes.
